How do I know if my item is eligible for return?
We offer a 2-day return policy, i.e., you can place a return request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order, as long as the returned products are unused, with the original packaging & tags. Please note that we only offer return & replacement on cushions, tabletop accents, Tissue Box, Globes, Coaster categories ONLY. However, to process the return we request you to please send a picture of the product on info@sammsara.com & the reason for the return.
Please note that items on sale cannot be returned/exchanged.
What if I have received a damaged product?
Our commitment is to ensure that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in some rare event that you have received a damaged or wrong product, please send a return request on info@sammsara.com, with a picture of the damaged product within 2 days of receiving your order. Once the return request is approved, we will send you a free replacement or offer a credit voucher for the same amount.
Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?
How long does it take to process returns?
For a replacement order, we usually dispatch the product(s) within 2-3 working days after the return request is made.
For refunds, we issue a store credit/voucher for the same amount less discount within 2-3 working days.
